- JPL embarked on the construction of an exclusive development of eight 2,3 & 4 bed new build homes in the rural village of Beckingham.
- JPL took the project on part-built, and supplied all plant, labour & materials to complete the project through to a turn key finish. This included site management, welfare facilities, resources to achieve CDM 2015 Compliance, 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix fit out trades, including plumbing & heating, mechanical & electrical, plastering, insulation, joinery, ceramic tiling & decorating. We also completed all of the groundworks & civils to include drainage, services, utility mains, landscaping & external finishes, road & footpath finishes as well as testing & commissioning of the properties to achieve Approved Building Regulations & Warranty Providers Requirements.
- The project was JPL’s first housing development contract as Principal Contractor and helped establish the company as Home Building Contractors in the Local area.
