- JPL were selected as the preferred contractor to create thirty new 2,3 & 4 bed properties on a prestigious development situated in Epworth.
- JPL supplied all plant, labour & materials to construct the properties initially to a ‘Watertight Shell’ standard, before embarking on internal ‘fit out’ through to a turn key finish. This included site supervision , storage & office facilities, resources to achieve CDM 2015 compliance, 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix fit out trades including plumbing & heating, mechanical & electrical, plastering, insulation, joinery, ceramic tiling & decorating. Following completion we provided testing & commissioning of the properties' systems and products to achieve Approved Building Regulations & LABC Warranty Providers Requirements.
- The project was JPL’s largest contract to date and offered enough volume of work to expand the company further & firmly secured the company’s future as Home Building Contractors in the regional area.
